A great way to eat right and stay healthy is a diet called the vegetable soup diet. This diet lasts for a period of seven days and can offer weight loss within the mentioned time frame. It consists mostly of the soup itself. Other foods are included in the regimen as well.
Almost everyone cares what they put into their body. Especially when beginning a new diet. Not only is it rich with nutrients because of the vegetables, you are in complete control and have the knowledge of knowing exactly what is in the soup. Now that’s peace of mind.
Unlike other diets that can sometimes leave you with unanswered questions, skepticism, and a dent in your checkbook, this diet is healthy, nutritional, and relatively cheap. No matter where you look, or which store you choose, the ingredients are never lacking in the produce aisle or the frozen section.
Other Foods will be used as a supplement to this routine. Fruits, skim milk, and cereals high in fiber to be exact. Other vegetables other than the ones in the soup are supplemented as well. These include green, leafy ones. High calorie and fattening foods are out of the questions. This includes fried products, coffees that are topped with cream and other off the chart carbohydrate foods. Instead, regular, black coffee, fresh juice, and tea that has no additional sweeteners will replace these.
Don’t feel like jumping right in? No problem. Simply add items as you go. It’s that easy. Aside from losing a few pounds and being inexpensive, your digestive system and bowel movements will become more routine due to the high fiber cereals.
When beginning, consider different types of fruits. These should be consumed along with the soup. Divulge yourself with different kinds. Do not include bananas.
For the second, all vegetables should be included in your diet. Try to stay away from starchy foods like potatoes. Instead, eat green, leafy vegetables such as kale or spinach. A baked potato is fine as long as no butter or sour cream is added.
Fruits and vegetables together are now added on day three. These are to be eaten with your soup or in between. It’s your choice. Potatoes are now out of the question. The soup may be consumed whenever you’d like.
Bananas and skim milk are to be consumed on the fourth day. The bananas will curb your cravings for sweet food that have probably set in. They will also offer your body the nutrients it needs such as potassium, protein, and carbohydrates. Skim milk gives you calcium that is much needed and can be consumed without limitations. At least eight bananas should be eaten.
The fifth day is when meat and tomatoes are started. Iron is given from the red meat. Be sure not to overdo it. Keep the portions small and simple. Because of acids from the tomatoes, consume plenty of fresh water.
On day six, it’s once again fruit and vegetables. This should be consumed throughout the day along with the soup.
Now that the seventh day has come, add vegetables and brown rice to your diet. Eat as much soup as you can. The amount should be increased and consumed as much as possible.
The diet is over! Completion has finally arrived for the vegetable soup diet. Smile and congratulate yourself on the good job you have done. Although safe in moderation, never make any diet a sole, long-term event due to adverse effects.
There are many different Lose Weight Diets out there. Some really do work, , while the others do not. The vegetable soup diet is the one diet that works.
