Fresh leafy vegetables should be included in the diet. Inclusion of fruits are also advisable. Organic eating would help lessen the cholesterol-causing elements of meats eaten. The use of digestion-promoting herbs is also advisable. These make food taste better. Supplements can also be recommended, however, it would still be advisable to read the label first before use.
