Are you always feeling tired? I know the feeling and there are many others that do too. At least you are trying to do something about it. The first thing that you need to do is visit your doctor. They will be able to tell you if there is anything physically wrong with you.

I have suffered from always feeling tired for many years but I didn’t do anything about it. I thought that nobody could do anything. In the end I did visit the doctor. Like I thought they weren’t able to help but at least it ruled a lot of things out. For a while I didn’t know what to do. I decided to help myself get better and advise you do the same but only following your visit with your doctor.

The first thing I had to do was get myself motivated. To do this is set myself goals. I know a lot of people are not into goal setting but it worked for me. Think about some of the things that you would be dong if you weren’t always tired and write them down.

Now order all your ideas and just concentrate on the top one. When do you want to achieve this by? Now think of a reward that you can give yourself if you manage to do it. It doesn’t have to be big and you might find just doing the activity is a good enough reward. You have to want to accomplish it though.

When you are happy with your overall goal and the reward you have attached to that, you need to think about all the individual things that will stop you being always tired. They will be activities like walking the dog more, making sure I get to bed on time etc. They are different depending on your goal.
