Smile. Eat oatmeal for breakfast. Bring a water bottle to work. Ventilate the room. Take a deep breath Fasten your seat belt. Wake up 10 minutes early
Make a mask for the face. Prepare a dish recipe from the book “Healthy Food”. Climb the stairs instead of the elevator. Wash your hands. Hand cream.
