Why You Should Buy Jon Benson’s 7 Minute Muscle

Lots of guys spend a lot more of their time working out in their gym than they actually need to get excellent muscle building results. The biggest reason for this is all of the misinformation around (a lot of it is from personal trainers who should really know better) about how to achieve the best results in the smallest amount of time.

There’s a lot of what uninformed people call “common sense” that is actually completely incorrect. People seem to think that one needs to workout for hours per day in order to build muscle but that is simply untrue. You can achieve fantastic strength training results in just 7 minutes a day if you know what you’re doing.

And that’s what The 7 Minute Muscle Program is all about. It’s about helping you to learn how to most effectively build strength in the least amount of time that is possible. This way you do not need to spend all day in the gym working hard to get the muscle growth that you need. You can get better strength training results in less time at the gym.

Sure there seem to be some men that actually enjoy being at the gym all day and I suppose those types wouldn’t want to find out how to get “cut” in just minutes per day. But a big majority of us would rather be doing something more fun and that is why this system is very popular.

7 Minute Muscle System cuts through the nonsense of the companies that sell worthless supplements and the fitness magazines to share the reality about strength training and why it is most people are working out wrong.

Not only does this program include important information on how to best workout to build muscle in the smallest amount of time, it also includes training videos which help show how to best perform strength training exercises for the best results.

If what you seek is an intense workout thanks to an increased overall strength and rapid gain in lean muscle mass, then the key to your search can be found in the performance enhancing properties of several bodybuilding supplements available today.

Many aspiring weightlifters and bodybuilders know that taking the right muscle enhancing supplements means increased gains and taking the wrong muscle building supplements means a waste of money and even worse, perhaps possible injury or illness from the adverse side effects.

Creatine monohydrate is the mother of all performance enhancing supplements and no review would be complete without a discussion about it. It is produced naturally in the body from the amino acids glycine, arginine and methionine. As a supplement it dominates all other natural muscle building formulas and is considered by everyone to be the most important.

Creatine is best known for the immense bursts of energy and improved muscle contraction times it provides. By reducing the buildup of lactic acid it also allows for increased speed of muscle mass gain, overall strength gain, and a shocking increase in the energy of your workout intensity.

Whey protein provides the building blocks needed by your muscles to repair, rebuild and increase in mass while the heal after your workout sessions. It provides your body with the same ingredients found in a mother’s breast milk which promote growth. Protein supplementation as well as a diet naturally high in protein will be a key to the speed and ease of your results.

Finally, it’s vital to stress the importance of anyone interested in successful bodybuilding to make sure that they don’t miss out on any vitamins, minerals or nutrients due to an insufficient diet or unhealthy eating habits.

These meal replacement supplements, as they are commonly called, are very quick and an extremely convenient way of proving your body with protein, carbohydrates and other vital minerals and nutrients.

With all the hundreds of performance enhancing supplements on the market today the three discussed here will provide the bare essentials needed to reduce recuperation times while increasing the effectiveness of your workouts and muscle gaining speed.

Acai Pure Ultra is my top pick for performance supplement. Grab a free trial.

Safe Strength Training Routines

If you’re looking to improve your overall health and quality of life, drop those unwanted pounds of fat, increase your muscle mass and tone then bodybuilding is definitely the way to go. There are a few things any aspiring bodybuilder should keep in mind during their workouts in order to avoid any unnecessary injury or harm. This article will cover the common risk factors and how to minimize them.

First and foremost you will need to be sure that your body is up to the task. Although weight training will improve your overall health, it is vital that you custom tailor your workout plan to any physical conditions you may have by consulting with your doctor for a routine physical examination and discussion of any necessary safety measures they suggest.

Safety precaution number two is to make sure you have all the needed accessories. Of course you will want some comfortable gym shoes and clothing, but more importantly you will need a good pair of gloves. Weight lifting gloves will improve your grip, prevent dangerous slip-ups, and also improve your performance by minimizing the strain on the muscles in your hands.

You can find all your gear at a local clothing store or sports shop. You choice is clothing should simply be anything you are comfortable wearing while you workout. Shoes will need to be carefully chosen for maximum support as well as traction.

Do not try to start out with too much weight. You should not feel yourself strain from the first lift. Instead you should feel a good strain after about the tenth repetition. The goal is to slowly increase the amount you lift so you do not hurt yourself.

You will also want to avoid burning yourself out by doing too many repetitions in the beginning. Your endurance will increase gradually just like your strength. If you push to far too soon you will actually only slow yourself down due to increased recuperation times.

This may sound strange, but make sure you are breathing right. Some forget in the middle of their weight lifting regime to breath out and they will find their blood pressure going up. This can be very dangerous. Make sure you keep your breathing regular.

Last but not least, you will need to compensate for the nutrients your new workout routine will demand. Your body will quickly burn through its reserves of vitamins and minerals so a supplement will be needed to replace anything you are not getting with your regular diet.

An excellent choice of supplement is Acai Pure Ultra. You can try it free for a limited time.

Men’s Weight Loss Advice

While most weight loss programs, whether for men or women, will be pretty much the same there are in fact some differences as well as some general myths. You will probably be told to eat less calories and exercise.

However it is a common misconception that aerobic exercise will burn fat faster than strength training and that you should focus on exercises like running rather than weight lifting.

While those types of exercise are also great for burning fat, the truth is that they don’t provide any prolonged boost in your metabolism.

Strength training however whilst it implies that you’re simply transferring body fat into muscle mass, your metabolism continues to run well on after your work out, thus you will continue to burn more fat therefore lose weight quicker.

This is why bodybuilders are able to eat so much and not gain fat as long as they lift weights on a regular basis.

This is the primary difference in weight loss for men when compared to the usual women’s weight loss strategies. Men generally have a higher metabolism due to more muscle mass and so any male weight loss regimen should take this into account.

With this in mind, if you are going to assist your work out plan with a weight loss supplement then you should obviously choose a fat “burner” and not a fat or carbs “blocker”.

There’s absolutely no point blocking essential fats or carbs as not only do these supplements offer dubious results, you are starving your body from one of the 3 most important macro-nutrients, the third being protein of course.

So a fat burner is the way forward if you want to increase the rate at which you lose weight but choosing the right fat burner can be complicated.

Hydroxycut Max for men is one of the most popular since its high caffeine content delivers some results, but anyone who’s ever had too much caffeine in one day knows that the side effects may not be worth it.

Natural acai berry fat burning supplements that focus on the use of anti-oxidants are far more effective and are not only free of side effects, but actually provide all the other health benefits of anti-oxidant supplementation such as an improved immune system.

I recommend Acai Force Max as the most effective natural acai bodybuilding supplement available.

Build Muscle Quickly with 7 Minute Muscle

The 7 Minute Muscle Online Strength Training Program corrects the myths about building muscle and that is really a tall task as there are many of those myths around.

Most of the strength training advice you may have heard before is actually not based in fact. This includes most of what you might have heard from a personal trainer. Sure many of those personal trainers are “built” but that does not mean they achieved those results the most efficient way possible. The fact is most of them worked out much harder than they really had to reach the level they have reached.

You do not have to work out for five hours every week to build significant muscle, you will get far better strength training results by working out for just 7 minutes a day with this system. It’s all about doing a concentrated workout that gets the job done in as short amount of time as physically possible so you can continue with your day.

It is perfectly normal to be quite skeptical that it is really possible to reach your goals in only 7 minutes a day, the good thing is that this program is totally guaranteed and comes with a 60 day cash back refund so you can try it out without any risk. And it can be downloaded right away so you do not have to wait very long to find out what it is all about.

Yes there are many other muscle building systems available on the internet, but I don’t believe any of them really has the proven track record of results that this guide has. This is a system that has already worked for hundreds of men just like yourself, so why would it not work for you as well?

Regardless of which muscle building guide you purchase you might want to use the GoWear Fit by BodyMedia to keep track of the amount of calories you are burning throughout the day. This is important to keep track of if you want to burn all of the excess fat from your body so that you can be “cut.” Building all of the muscle in the universe will not do you much good as far as looks are concerned unless you cut away the excess fat that covers it.

No Nonsense Muscle Building and Muscle Gain Truth are two other muscle building programs to consider.

Hershel Walker\’s Bodyweight Routine

March 1, 2010 by

My first memory of Herschel Walker was when he played in the now defunct USFL, United States Football League, playing running back for the Washington Generals. I loved how he played the game with such power and grace, but when I saw him with his shirt off during an interview I turned to my Dad and said, \”What happened to his shoulders? They are so big!\” It looked like they took two ham hocks and stock one on each side. Evidently, I was not the only person that noticed.

Walker\’s performance on the field and physical ability garnered him an immense amount of attention and interest in his daily workouts and routines. However, many were surprised to learn that he focused on a bodyweight routine that also included a running and sprinting routine to improve his speed and endurance. Many were skeptical that he could accomplish all that he has without conducting a stringent strength training routine. That was until he told people what exactly he did on a daily basis.

Many observers found it literally unbelievable that Walker did not even have to consider picking up a dumbbell until the Dallas Cowbays basically forced him to. It is very rare indeed to find an individual so passionate about doing bodyweight drills, but Walker\’s success has become legendary so much so that many fitness experts have had to completely rethink how to train. I am sure Tony Horton\’s P90X had plenty of influence from Mr. Walker.

As a pudgy child Walker recalls losing many foot races against his sister. He was never considered to have much a future in High School sports let alone becoming one of the most gifted football players the sport has ever seen, Bo Jackson may have him beat. One day he just decided to do whatever he could to change his place in life.

Walker\’s routine consisted of the following exercises and reps:

1. Push Ups 2,000 reps

Over 3,000 reps of different ab workouts.

Wide and close grip pull-ups for 1,500 reps.

Over 1,000 trecep dips.

Squat thrusts (1,000 reps)

Wind Sprints to improve his speed.

I know that sounds super easy, right? Not! The movements are not complicated, but number of reps is insane. Better left to the professionals (just kidding).

At age 47 it is pretty impressive that he is still doing this workout. If that was nto impressive enough, Walker just had his professional MMA debut, won by straight up backyards beatdown. This is one person that may have never seen his prime. He continues to live it.

Before spending a truck load of money on exercise videos, equipment, or supplements, make sure to check out Herschel Walker\’s workout routine to reach fitness and health goals without ever lifting a weight.

The Secrets Of Gaining Weight Quickly

February 22, 2010 by

Do you really want to gain weight quickly? Despite the best supplements and hours of training there is no upward movement on the scales. Don\’t panic, you are not the first and you won\’t be the last. You just need a little help.

Firstly if you want to gain weight quickly then you must have intensity in your training. Look on every set as if it is your last, every rep as critical. Use a stopwatch to keep a close eye on your rest periods.

If you constantly train at the same level there is no reason for your muscles to grow. They can cope perfectly well with everything you are throwing at them. To gain weight quickly you need your muscles to grow.

The simple fact is that a weight training program that works contains two essential forms of training.

1. HEAVY, HEAVIER, HEAVIER! Lifting heavier and heavier and still heavier weights is essential. Work with just one compound exercise per major muscle group and monitor what you are doing to confirm that you are continually getting stronger.

2. MORE WORK, MORE WORK, MORE WORK! Hard work and putting your body under stress is the key. This means forcing your body to do as much work possible, in the shortest time possible. This will result in maximum muscle growth! It is important to find the optimum balance between workload and training time. Spending hours at the gym does not necessarily mean more training. Work with slower tempos but lift as close as you can to your maximum weight, and take shorter rest periods.

Stick with your program! Whilst it might seem like a good idea to trial a program for a few weeks and then move on to the next one. Beware, you\’re fooling yourself. You are not taking this seriously! You wouldn\’t think of embarking on a college course but giving up after a month or so. No, you need to make the investment in order to achieve your aims and gain weight quickly. This is also true of a fitness program.

The reality is that almost every program will work for a certain period of time if it is followed correctly. Find a program and study the details fully. Ensure that your own program goals and the author\’s are aligned. Then commit to it fully. Do not try to find flaws. The perfect program does not exist. But trust the program, adhere to it properly and monitor the progress. The experience and results you gain from following one program consistently over a period of time will be priceless.

The Most Powerful Football Strength Training Routine–What It Really Needs To Have To Become Successful

February 10, 2010 by

Foot ball is just one of most challenging sports to choose from .This is simply because football players have to be everything in terms of fitness. For example player needs to be explosive together with having muscle endurance. Muscle mass is also essential to him. A football player needs all of this all without losing speed on the field. His workouts need to be powerfully swift and also dynamic. Now different positions in football call for different training methods. As an example .a running back won\’t use the same training routine or training program as the line backer .In short, football players have to be explosive and powerful. But precisely what is power? How is it defined?

Power is strength plus speed and that is what football is it\’s the strength of the player blended with his speed to master and play the fantastic game of football.

Now normal weight lifting or simply a normal workout is not really sufficient for football players because they really need specific explosive training designed for them in mind. Training that includes a mixture of Nero muscular strength training and exercising which aims to speed up the brains signals to your body to perform sudden explosive movements. In short, the faster you send the signals the faster you\’ll be able to gather muscles to execute the activity. A football weight training program requires the following:

1. Weight building which is increasing overall strength in the footballers body

2. Endurance training that happen to be exercises that improves the functionality of oxygen use of your physique .the better the body will use oxygen the better endurance you have get

3. Dynamic training that is the mixture off plyometric and strength training. Performed together this develops maximum power around the body that is needed in the game of football

All these kinds of workout routines are integrated in a football player\’s workout regime .All these components are needed by a football player in order for him to perform at an ideal state.

It is now normally acknowledged by coaches that football players should conduct weight training exercises but in my opinion IT is incorrect as it is not really enough because lets say a football player lifts a specific weight as he increases the weight his repetitions will probably go down. So lets say he is lifting a heavy weight for just one rep he can lift that weight slowly for a minute just for one rep. Now that will offer a person massive strength but that\’s not all what a footballer is all about. .what about explosiveness, speed and agility most of what football players need what happens to those components. All of these components are gone when you perform an ordinary strength training exercise

A football player requires the variety of strength training, neuromuscular activation, endurance training and dynamic training all in their exercise program to be in the in the best physical condition possible.
