Why Burning Fat Fast is such a Catch-22

If you want to burn fat fast, then you’ll need to create a huge caloric deficit quickly. This is the ONLY scientifically-proven way to burn fat and lose pounds. Here are some steps that can help you to burn fat at a lighting-fast pace:
Step 1: Do the math
Although it’s somewhat clich, you’ll need to “do the math” to learn how many calories you need to burn. This will ultimately help in your goal of burning fat fast. Each pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. So simply multiply how many pounds you want to lose, by 3,500. And voila-by burning that number of calories, you can lose body fat effectively!
Step 2: Avoid simply losing weight
It’s important to note that losing weight is different from losing fat, such as when you burn belly fat. Many weight-loss programs cause you simply to lose a ton of water weight. The problem is that you gain back that weight after consuming water. Another common problem is that you also lose muscle in your quest to lose weight. So avoid weight-loss programs that only help you to lose weight. If you don’t burn fat in the process, then you’ll quickly “rebound”-gain the weight back.
Step 3: Use a multifaceted approach
Another effective method for burning fat fast is to use a program that uses several effective methods. This involves both your fat burning diet and fat burning workouts. For example, while an effective program should focus on reducing your calories and doing fat-burning exercises, you should also include elements that will complement those actions. Ultimately, the different methods will work simultaneously to create “synergy.”
Step 4: Use “cheat days” effectively
Cheating is very common when it comes to diets, which is why you should find a program that allows you to cheat every once in awhile. In fact, if you do a little research you will find programs that offer periodic cheat days. In turn your body counterbalances the fasting process. This is a very strategic method to help you start burning fat fast.
Step 5: Do muscle-building exercises
This burn the fat feed the muscle approach is another way to avoid the Catch-22 of needing to burn calories quickly, in order to burn fat quickly. Many fat-loss programs only include fat-burning exercises.
Step 6: Maintain a high metabolism
Can cutting calories help to burn fat? Yes, but the key is to maintain a high metabolism throughout the day-including when you’re not moving! This will maximize how much fat you can burn.
Step 7: Find an effective fat-burning program
Probably the most important out of the 7 steps we have for you today, you have to find an effective program. Individuals who take on something like burning fat fast want to see results. If you don’t see them then it’s hard to stay motivated. So spend some time researching before you waste your time with a method that won’t work for the long term.

How to lose belly fat fast? This is the most commonly asked question by both men and women today. Losing belly fat and getting cut abs and a flat stomach has nothing to do with doing tons of crunches and belly exercises. There are numerous myths associated with losing stomach fat, however the truth is that whoever wants to lose the extra baggage from his stomach needs to incorporate the right amount of food and right amount of exercises to his everyday life.
First thing you need to do is change your diet as soon as possible. The biggest truth you will ever hear about belly fat is that unless you reduce the calorie intake, you will not be able to lose belly fat. Restricting calorie intake is the first and most decisive step towards losing belly fat. If you do want to make a difference in your appearance you need to consistently cut down on calories.
The key to success lies in calorie intake. You don’t need to starve to death, but combine the right amount of calories with the right nutrients. This will help you lose weight all over the body, including the belly. In fact, when you cut down on calories, your body starts seeking for additional fat stored in the body.
The great advantage of whole grains is that they can change the levels of glucose and insulin in the blood; this can accelerate the burn of fat and help you get rid of a few layers of fat faster. Melting of fat is associated to specific foods and specific groups of nutrients.
Although there are no magical fat melting foods, what you eat and the way you eat is of significant importance if you want to have this nice cut abs. Healthy eating, the right nutrients and low calories can cause your body to store less fat. Your metabolism will increase, resulting in burning more calories and losing overall fat. A diet low in carbs and rich in whole grains and non saturated fats is what you need.
Avoiding trans and saturated fats such as hydrogenated oils, margarines and cookies will help you avoid the deposit of extra fat in the stomach area. Replace them with apples and cherries, or other sources of soluble fiber that can reduce the fat, restricting cortisol in the abdomen.
The more muscles you have the faster your metabolism will be. Half hour of cardio exercise such as biking, running and half hour of active and fast paced weight training four times per week can help you lose belly fat fast.
Once you start exercising and burning calories, your body will seek for additional fuel – this is how you will start burning your belly fat faster. Moreover, exercise can reduce the levels of insulin in the body, resulting in fewer fat deposits in your belly. Still wondering how to lose belly fat fast?

Fat Loss And Core Strength – A Stable Base Gets Better Results

In these financially lean times, more and more people are getting so caught-up in the daily grind. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to maintain a regular exercise regimen and having a healthy diet is becoming a luxury only a few can afford because of lack of time. This explains why a majority of the North American population is overweight.
The culture of fast food we’ve come to embrace isn’t making things any easier on our waistlines too. Cheezy triple burgers, coffees with the caloric amount of a full meal and 24-hour pizzas these evidently wind-up as excess calories and unsightly flab- making-us heavier and less happy about ourselves.
Since we can’t really do anything to prevent fast-food establishments from making money, the best thing to do is to control ourselves and make it a point to eat healthier fare. A healthy diet alone is insufficient in bringing about rapid fat-loss however. For a leaner body and a shredded six pack, the correct weight loss exercises have to be done as well.
People with hectic schedules don’t bother to maintain a regular workout schedule because they have the impression that less than an hour of exercise is useless. There are actual ways of modifying conventional cardio and resistance workouts to increase their calorie-burning potential and shorten exercise sessions.
The formation of excess body fat comes from unspent calories we still have in our system when we go to bed at night. The more calories we consume then, the more energy we should use-up through physical activity throughout the day.
Experts discovered that high intensity interval training (a combination of 2 types of cardio exercises) consume the most energy in less time. Since we also have to increase our body’s metabolism and cannot rely solely on cardio exercises for sustainable fat loss, modifying our muscle-building routines to maximize calorie-burn is also a good technique for achieving rapid fat loss.
Working several muscles simultaneously while exercising uses-up more energy. The more caloric energy we use, the faster we eliminate body fat. Involving the muscles of our core (lower back, hips, buttocks and mid-section) in regular weight-lifting exercises will effectively intensify our anaerobic workouts and result in a more rapid loss of fat while improving our balance and endurance.
The variety of core exercises we can choose from allows flexibility and fun in our workout regimen and this keeps us from getting bored and burning-out. We can actually strengthen our core by incorporating exercise balls, planks and Dyna discs into our weight-lifting sessions- making them less dull and monotonous.

Fat Loss Exercise – Program Design

Workout methods for fat loss exercise begin with finding what works for you. Exercise programs are not all the same, some may work some may not work for you. To have greater fat loss, resistance training and training with intervals have shown to have great results.
When we train using a program that is poorly designed and doesn\’t give us what we want, in terms of results. We must make changes and see what we are doing and how we are doing the exercises. Sometimes reassessing and making changes will get you better results and you will be more effective during your training sessions.
Resistance training increases our metabolism by increasing our lean body mass. When we train with weights, the body increases its metabolic activity and continues to burn fat even when you are not exercising.
Exercises like leg extensions, bicep curls, and hamstring curls are single joint exercises and are not very effective at burning fat. In order to burn fat effectively, focusing on multi-joint exercises will be better.
Studies confirm that low repetition weight training helps increase the body\’s fat burning activity. In addition, exercises that use more joints such as, split squats, push ups, chin ups, rows, step ups, lunges, dead lifts and squats have shown to burn more calories and result in burning more body fat,
High intensity interval training is better than slow aerobic exercise. The quick burst activity have residual effects and promote metabolic activity even after the exercise session.

Exercise programs need to be analyzed, so that they are giving you the fat loss results that you want. We need to find the perfect exercise program that will give you a flat stomach. Weight training and interval training are effective ways to get fat loss results fast.

Fat Loss – Strength Plus Length

We are living in a culture of quick, delicious, fatty food and it\’s getting harder and harder to keep the flab away. However, overweight people have a wide range of fat-loss programs available to them. It just takes choosing the type of workout scheme that will make it easy for an individual to stick to.
For fat loss, it\’s a proven fact that any exercise combined with cardio sessions brings relatively faster results. Still, plenty of people get bored with conventional routines and find it a challenge to keep working-out consistently. The key to speedy fat loss is constant exercise, so going about it in a half-hearted manner will not yield significant results and cause further loss of motivation.
A lot of people are still unaware of the usefulness of Pilates for losing weight and getting lean. More than a few novice gym goers stop working-out because they find their programs too dull and tiring. Because Pilates workouts are done at a low intensity and are invigorating, they\’re actually perfect for beginners who want to lose belly fat without dreading each session.
Pilates can even be the ideal fat-loss method of choice for the aged and those with physical ailments since the exercises aren\’t really high impact like conventional exercise programs are. Besides muscle strength and suppleness, flexibility and balance are also developed because most of the moves are executed while trying to keep one\’s body stabilized.
Cardio combined with strength training is the most common exercise program prescribed for fast and effective fat loss. Incorporating Pilates sessions with these will improve fat-burning efficiency of your workouts even more.
Weight training is essential in a fat-loss program because building muscle improves our metabolism. Resistance training causes stiffness to connective tissue and the joints however. This is where Pilates can come in- the smooth and continuous movements stretch the muscles of the whole body and this regains the lost suppleness lost from lifting weights.
The moves in Pilates exercises involve simultaneous action of all the core muscles- the upper and lower abdominals, the lumbar muscles, the obliques and even the buttocks. Since several muscles are being utilized at the same time, this means more calories burned in less time, ergo speedier weight loss.
Maintaining proper metabolism means conditioning the body to maximize expenditure of caloric energy. Toning-up muscle tissue through consistent limbering movements significantly raises the level of metabolism, making it easier to lose calories from body fat.

A Healthy Approach To Six Pack Abs

How do you lose belly fat? That seems to be the million dollar question. Many people say the key is to “obey.” But, I’m going to give you a more thorough answer to the question how do you lose belly fat in this article. A firm, flat stomach is the ultimate symbol of sex appeal. But researchers have also found that losing abdominal fat is one of the most important things you can take to stay healthy for life.
While you probably realize that excess fat is unhealthy, you should also know that where the fat is distributed is key to health. People who are fattest in the abdomen (the so called “apple shaped body”) have a greater risk of heart disease and diabetes than those with pear shapes (fattest in the hips, buttocks, and thighs).
You won’t be surprised to learn that the best way to lose abdominal fat is to eat right and exercise regularly. And there’s a growing body of evidence showing that the quickest way to burn off the fat from your belly is with a mix of weight-training and aerobic exercise.
One study tracked 30 obese women for six months. The women were assigned to either a control group, an aerobic exercise group, or a combined exercise group. The aerobic exercise group did a full hour of cardio exercise for six days a week. The combined exercise group did weight training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and aerobic exercise on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
At the end of the six month period, the women in the aerobic group had lost 23.1 cm of abdimonal subcutaneous fat while the combined group lost 61.8 cm, nearly three times as much. The combined group also did better on the abdominal visceral fat measure with 93 cm lost compared to 82 for the aerobic only group. There was no change in the control group.
How do you lose belly fat starts with developing a combined exercise plan that is strenuous. 30 minutes a few times a week won’t cut it. You need a full body training program combining cardiovascular and resistance exercises. You don’t need to do hundreds of crunches, sit ups or any of the complicated routines being touted by the “six pack abs” hype machine. The key to losing belly fat is to burn more calories than you eat. These fancy exercises don’t burn the kind of calories you need in order to be really successful.
Getting killer abs has a lot less to do with training and everything to do with lowering your total body fat. The next step is to eat the right foods. There is a lot of conflicting information on nutrition. From the Adkins “eat no carbs” people to those who eschew all fats, there are radicals on every side.
How do you lose belly fat starts with taking in enough protein to maintain muscle mass. At least 20 to 30 percent of your diet should come from fats. Then, you balance your carbs around the other two factors depending on whether you want to lose weight or not. And if you are trying to lose belly fat, you do want to lose weight. You must take in fewer calories than you burn.
How do you lose belly fat? Basically, if you lose the excess fat in your system, your belly will go away too.
Philosophies Behind 6 Pack Abs
December 8, 2009 by Dante Solaris
Time and again, expert studies have shown that total body cardiovascular exercises are most effective in eliminating excess body fat. There’s no way to bring out the striations and contours of the abdominal muscles to show a 6 pack unless the belly fat is reduced enough.
Exercises that build muscle tissue speed-up the body’s metabolism, making it easier to get rid of stored fat. Total body aerobic exercises that keep the heart rate at raised levels burn calories and reduce body fat effectively. There is some debate however as to what intensity levels the heart rate should be at.
Cardiovascular exercises can be done at low intensity and high intensity. The latter is more popular as a method of losing fat and getting 6 pack abs because first, it’s easier to do. The physical effort in doing low-intensity cardio exercises can actually be done by novice exercisers and people that are extremely overweight.
Another aspect the low-intensity cardio theory has going for it is that it’s a proven fact that exercises done at low-moderate intensity over an extended period targets body fat as the only source of calories used up. Exercising at intense levels actually cause the body to use up carbohydrates as well as fat for energy also.
The stored form of carbohydrates in muscle tissue is known as glycogen and it is needed in proper muscle formation. In losing weight and getting 6 pack abs, it is important to maintain as much muscle as possible because it helps keep the body’s metabolism high.
Doing cardiovascular at high intensity however burns way more calories in less time than cardio exercise at low intensities. An hour’s worth of calories burned doing the latter can be eliminated in just 10-20 minutes intense exercise. Some also argue that the lost carbohydrates can be replenished by eating the right post-workout food.
High intensity theorists say that intense exercise in even help develop more muscle as a result of harder physical effort required to execute them. It’s also been discovered that a person’s metabolic rate stays at elevated levels hours after having finished with the workout. This means even more calories spent and more body fat curbed.
There are two different opinions when it comes to cardio exercises- both with pros and cons. Low intensity exercises have to be done for longer periods and this means more hours spent in the gym. High-intensity cardio workouts can have you out of your sweaty clothes in half an hour but they’re not for beginners, elderly and the extremely overweight.
