15 Tips To Jump Start A Stalled HCG Diet

Here are 15 plateau breaking tips that are very effective when used during Phase 2 of the hCG diet protocol. By following these tips you should be able to jump start your diet and achieve your weight loss goals. When following any low calorie or very low calorie diet, you should always consult with a qualified physician.
Increase your fluid intake to 2-3 quarts or 8 to 12 eight-ounce bottles of water per day. Additional fluids will assist in promoting adequate digestion, help prevent constipation and may help to flush out toxins and fat.
If you are not eating enough calories on a daily basis, less than 550 as a rule of thumb, your body can go into “starvation mode”. When your body goes into starvation mode it will store fat. You can try adding half an ounce of protein to one of your meals daily.
In order to eliminate the body of excess fluids, reduce your fluid intake by 1 quart and consume 6 apples throughout the day. Most patients will lose up to 2 pounds the following day. This method is called the “apple day” and is not recommended on a regular basis.
Consuming red meat more than 1 or 2 times per week is not recommended, as it has been shown to slow down digestion.
When you are on the hCG diet all seasoning salts and seasoning products should be abstained from. As a replacement try making your own seasoning salts using spices such as garlic or onion powder and Sea salt.
With each meal do not eat more than one type of vegetable.
All of the carbohydrate snacks that are allowed such as Melba toast, Grissini bread sticks and Wasa crackers should not be consumed.

Because that’s the only way for new dieters to know just how helpful incorporating HCG approved recipes in throughout the very low calorie portion of the diet.
Having recipes to attempt to get attached to is a particularly helpful tool for almost everyone who tries the homeopathic HCG diet. It’s one thing to limit yourself to a very short list of foods and only 500 calories per day. But it’s another thing entirely to limit yourself to those foods in their raw form. Mix it up a bit! HCG Approved Garlic Roast:
Ingredients:
lean beef roast, 3 lb. (remove all fat)

cayenne, 1/4 tsp.

Mix the spices in a bowl so you can easily rub them on the roast. Fill the bottom of the roasting pan about 1 and a 1/2 inches deep with water. Add garlic and onion to the water. Cook your roast for about 50 to 55 minutes. (Time may very depending upon roast size and oven). Don’t forget that one serving of protein is 3 oz.

Weight loss is a major concern. It’s no longer considered a concern on a case by case or individual basis. It is now a societal problem. The issue is bigger than any one individual or family or country. The obesity epidemic is sweeping the globe. And it is doing irreparable damage. New information presented by the Society for the Study of Ingested Behavior (SSIB) offers a bit of new insight into the issue.
Weight loss and depression have often been considered linked. The SSIB suggests that their recent study makes this connection clear. In the past experts considered it probable that symptoms of depression would likely increase with dieting efforts. This is not the case according to the study conducted by SSIB.
The society conducted a study over the course of 6 months. Participants (both depressed and non-depressed) were asked to undertake a supervised weight loss program. The weight loss program consisted of lifestyle changes as well as dietary changes. After 6 months on the diet participants from both depressed and non-depressed study groups lost weight. (Non-depressed individuals had a slightly higher weight loss average).
Additional benefits to depressed individuals as a result of weight loss included:
1. They experienced noticeable mood improvement.
2. Triglyceride reduction. Triglycerides are a common risk factor for both heart attack and stroke. This reduction is a major health benefit.
This indicates that the relationship between depression and weight loss is positive. Experts will continue to study the connection to further specify the benefits. Further study is also underway to consider the possible benefits of weight loss to those suffering from a variety of psychiatric disorders.

Is It Day 19 Already?

It’s day 19 on my HCG Diet. I’ve lost another pound. It’s like an amazing game that I’m winning. Every day I follow the rules and then I lose more weight. It’s just lovely. It’s exactly how a weight loss program is supposed to work!
So when I got on the scale this morning it was a little later than usual. But I figured it can’t be too off because I hadn’t eaten anything. I got up with my daughter because she was sick. Once I had her back to sleep I figured I might as well stay up for the day. I was already out and about cleaning the house and what not so I didn’t think to go back in my room to weight myself until mid-morning.
But I did go down a pound. I’m at 154. That’s a total of 17 pounds of weight loss so far. Not bad, right? I’m pretty impressed with the results. I was told that the average weight loss ranged from 1 to 2 pounds of weight loss per day with men experiencing the higher averages. (Isn’t that just annoyingly typical?) So far I’m pretty dang close to those fabulous weight loss averages so I’m happy.
I noticed that there are HCG Diet Direct reviews floating about online and I have to say that I’m absolutely going to get on there and leave a one of my own. Homeopathic HCG Diet: Day 22

It’s the 22nd day on homeopathic HCG for me and Lisa. Since we chose to do the 25 day program we’re nearing the end very quickly! That’s less than a week we’ve got left on the low calorie portion of the diet. It seemed to fly by.
Lisa’s my dieting partner. She and I both bought HCG wholesale from the same company. We purchased from HCG Diet Direct. One of the reasons we went with them was their line up of supplements and tools in addition to the homeopathic HCG weight loss formula. Plus we got to order it online. They’ve got a secure server and their shipment process must be really streamlined because the products arrived really quickly; delivered right to my front door!
When I say we bought HCG wholesale I want to make clear that we got a great deal. In comparison to the amount of money my sister was paying a clinic to be on a HCG based diet it was dirt cheap! Today was a bit down heartening. I weighed myself and I’m up one pound, dang it! So I’m currently at 154 pounds.
