Revealing Obvious Weight Loss Statistics

Weight loss is a major concern. It’s no longer considered a concern on a case by case or individual basis. It is now a societal problem. The issue is bigger than any one individual or family or country. The obesity epidemic is sweeping the globe. And it is doing irreparable damage. New information presented by the Society for the Study of Ingested Behavior (SSIB) offers a bit of new insight into the issue.
Weight loss and depression have often been considered linked. The SSIB suggests that their recent study makes this connection clear. In the past experts considered it probable that symptoms of depression would likely increase with dieting efforts. This is not the case according to the study conducted by SSIB.
The society conducted a study over the course of 6 months. Participants (both depressed and non-depressed) were asked to undertake a supervised weight loss program. The weight loss program consisted of lifestyle changes as well as dietary changes. After 6 months on the diet participants from both depressed and non-depressed study groups lost weight. (Non-depressed individuals had a slightly higher weight loss average).
Additional benefits to depressed individuals as a result of weight loss included:
1. They experienced noticeable mood improvement.
2. Triglyceride reduction. Triglycerides are a common risk factor for both heart attack and stroke. This reduction is a major health benefit.
This indicates that the relationship between depression and weight loss is positive. Experts will continue to study the connection to further specify the benefits. Further study is also underway to consider the possible benefits of weight loss to those suffering from a variety of psychiatric disorders.
Weight loss experts don’t all agree. But they do all agree that obesity is a major risk factor for many health concerns, common illnesses and diseases. Weight loss is a positive option for many in today’s society. Society as a whole benefits from appropriate weight loss. Consumers should consider all the options prior to deciding upon their weight loss method of choice: prescription, homeopathic, surgical…the least side effects with the highest weight loss averages are the most solid choices.

Is It Day 19 Already?

It’s day 19 on my HCG Diet. I’ve lost another pound. It’s like an amazing game that I’m winning. Every day I follow the rules and then I lose more weight. It’s just lovely. It’s exactly how a weight loss program is supposed to work!
So when I got on the scale this morning it was a little later than usual. But I figured it can’t be too off because I hadn’t eaten anything. I got up with my daughter because she was sick. Once I had her back to sleep I figured I might as well stay up for the day. I was already out and about cleaning the house and what not so I didn’t think to go back in my room to weight myself until mid-morning.
But I did go down a pound. I’m at 154. That’s a total of 17 pounds of weight loss so far. Not bad, right? I’m pretty impressed with the results. I was told that the average weight loss ranged from 1 to 2 pounds of weight loss per day with men experiencing the higher averages. (Isn’t that just annoyingly typical?) So far I’m pretty dang close to those fabulous weight loss averages so I’m happy.
I noticed that there are HCG Diet Direct reviews floating about online and I have to say that I’m absolutely going to get on there and leave a one of my own. HCG Diet Direct reviews should be all over the place and they should all be fabulous. I’ve tried a lot of dieting options and this one is by far the most effective and the most seemingly long lasting one I’ve ever experienced.
For lunch I had leftover steak with grapefruit and Melba Toasts. I’m pretty good at reaching for healthy foods. It’s a big change for me.
For dinner I had Buffalo Chicken Salad from the HCG Diet Direct Cookbook. I added an apple and Melba Toasts on the side and I was all set. I’ll have to make sure to add a referral for the cookbook when I get online to leave my HCG Diet Direct reviews since I’ve found it to be utterly amazing.

Homeopathic HCG Diet: Day 22

It’s the 22nd day on homeopathic HCG for me and Lisa. Since we chose to do the 25 day program we’re nearing the end very quickly! That’s less than a week we’ve got left on the low calorie portion of the diet. It seemed to fly by.
Lisa’s my dieting partner. She and I both bought HCG wholesale from the same company. We purchased from HCG Diet Direct. One of the reasons we went with them was their line up of supplements and tools in addition to the homeopathic HCG weight loss formula. Plus we got to order it online. They’ve got a secure server and their shipment process must be really streamlined because the products arrived really quickly; delivered right to my front door!
When I say we bought HCG wholesale I want to make clear that we got a great deal. In comparison to the amount of money my sister was paying a clinic to be on a HCG based diet it was dirt cheap! Her’s was so expensive that she didn’t end up finishing up the diet at all. She couldn’t afford it. I emailed her the link to HCG Diet Direct to tell her about it. I bet she’d really like the program if it wasn’t so crazy expensive.
Today was a bit down heartening. I weighed myself and I’m up one pound, dang it! So I’m currently at 154 pounds. But I’m going to stick with the positive again and focus on the fact that my clothes are loose. I’m feeling better on a day to day basis. And I’m pretty positive that the weight loss will be easy to maintain.
I took my HCG three times and my B-Total once. The routine is very “routine” at this point. I’m not sure why I went up one pound from yesterday so I’m just telling myself to drink water all day to see if that makes a difference.
I followed the meal plan well: no breakfast, chicken, cabbage, toasts and Orange Slush for lunch. Then for dinner I had filet mignon with baby spinach, apples and Melba Toasts. And my kids did have Orange Slush for breakfast. It’s a big hit.

Not Losing Weight? Getting Desperate?

Have you been thinking about crazy methods of weight loss? Have you been thinking that purchasing a tape worm over the Internet doesn’t seem that nuts? Is this your current line of thought even though you heard of the weight loss method because someone told you a story about a girl who bought one, swallowed it, lost a huge amount of weight (because the tape worm was eating all her food) and then…died?
If you find yourself considering drastic measures that could result in death just to lose weight…you are a desperate dieter. Desperate dieters have a harder time than other dieters actually successfully losing weight.
So what defines a desperate dieter despite their ability to justify possible death as long as it also includes possible weight loss? Desperate dieters also have a tendency to jump from diet to diet. They’re desperate for results that they rarely stick with anything long enough to see it make a difference. Desperate dieters are also very knowledgeable. They know all about every fad diet ever introduced. And they’ve tried a good number of them.
As a desperate dieter you probably despise all thin people. Glaring at skinny people you don’t even know is a definite characteristic of the desperate dieter. You don’t like other people who diet and actually lose weight. This really ticks you off because you’ve been dieting your whole life and you’re still desperate to lose weight. You’re willing to risk anything…your health, your finances…even your life. Losing weight is more important than anything else.
So how do you remove yourself from the category of desperate dieter? The best way to get out of the desperate dieter category is to lose weight. Make a goal in writing. Make sure it is realistic and then write down very simply and clearly how you are going to go about achieving your goal. If you are comfortable navigating social media sites…jump on your Blog or facebook profile (or whatever social media site you prefer) and announce your goal and your plan of action.
Then get out there and do it. Lose the weight you’ve wanted to lose for years. Don’t risk your general health and don’t pauper yourself. Take advantage of drastic, rapid weight loss with homeopathic HCG. The average daily weight loss for this particular method is 1 to 2 pounds. The desperate dieter sees immediate weight loss results so they are much more likely to stick it out and complete the program. Don’t set yourself up to fail with another nonsensical fad diet. Access the most effective homeopathic weight loss method on the market and get real results without damaging your body.

Researching Obesity At A Cellular Level
April 21, 2010 by Thomas T. Wright

An article was recently published in Time online discussing the obesity issue at a cellular level. The discussion began with the basic concept of losing weight in today’s society. It’s hard. There are so many things fighting against the dieter. In theory eating less and exercising more is simple and conceivable.
But putting the theory into practice is more than a little difficult. The stress of day to day life, the accessibility of fast foods, the convenience of eating out, the comfort of high fat/high calorie foods are just a few of the things working against the dieter as they attempt to gain control of their weight problem.
The fact that eating less and exercising more just sometimes isn’t enough may not be a problem in future. Science may be able to step in and fill the gap. Researchers continue to study the problem of obesity at a cellular level looking for the reason some people’s bodies so quickly store fat in comparison to other people’s bodies that seem to be better at burning calories that are consumed.
These researchers continue to pinpoint specific biological situations in the body that contribute to weight gain. One such factor is found in the intestines. Intestines are filled with bacteria that can affect weight gain. They can curb weight gain or they can promote it. They have also identified what is called a “hyperactive fat” or brown fat that actually burns calories in comparison to the white fat we all know and recognize as the fat adults store around their middle. (Hyperactive fat is found most prevalently in newborns).
Enough specifics could be pinpointed in future to affect weight gain/control in the human body through practical applications of the findings as well as the development of more effective treatments based on the research. Dieters asking, “Why me?” and “She eats far more than me…why is it that she is so skinny?” will finally have their answers. At least that’s what researchers are hoping to provide through their scientific research.
These aren’t the only questions that will be answered. They are just a few of the questions currently being addressed in ongoing studies. Studies are focused around the obese population, fat storage and treatment and society’s reaction/treatment of obesity. Practical purposes appear to be many at this early stage in the research. Experts hope that at study conclusion they will be able to provide the practical applications that will drastically reduce the negative affects of obesity on society.

The Homeopathic HCG Diet Allows Indulgence

While on the homeopathic HCG diet dieters have to learn quickly how to abstain from food. They have to limit themselves to very small portion sizes. And they have to learn to live without their favorite foods.
So what can you do to make it enjoyable? You can’t take a free day. You can’t give yourself free foods that are off plan. You can’t do any of these things because they will negate the hard work spent sticking to the plan to try to lose weight. But you can try to find something you love to eat and attempt to find a HCG approved recipe version. Do you think that’s impossible? Are you sure? Here are a few examples…
Do you have a favorite type of food? Do you lean towards Italian? No pasta allowed…sorry, but there is a great marinara sauce. Do you lean towards Mexican? You won’t find any fabulous refried bean, burrito, crispy taco or tostada recipes, but you will find one of the most classic Mexican food appetizers of all…chips and salsa.
HCG approved chips and salsa:
1. Make your Pico de Gallo by dicing your fresh tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Fresh cilantro is vital.
2. Use one of your starch servings (Melba Toast) in place of the traditional chips. Don’t assume you won’t like it. Give it a try first.
The only thing that you can’t get around is the portion size. You are still limited to the small amount you can work into one vegetable and one starch serving. But we should probably not be indulging in never ending chips and salsa at any time during our lives so we can at least avoid any “never ending” portion sizes while on the homeopathic HCG diet, right? Don’t assume you can’t have anything you like while on the very low calorie diet. Look around and find things that you like and try the recipes. Many of them will surprise you…and probably make it into your cookbook permanently.

HCG Diet Protocol

Looking to make the most of your time on the homeopathic HCG diet? Dieters who jump in without first knowing exactly what they are doing regret it later because they aren’t able to achieve maximum weight loss. You have to make sure you know the protocol and know it very well before you begin your dieting journey. The programs range in length from 15 to 40 days, but all have the exact same diet protocol that must be followed exactly.
Not following the protocol will result in immediate ramifications. Dieters who are losing drastic weight will suddenly plateau or even gain weight. The list of approved foods is short and it is not open to interpretation.
Dieters who are sticking to the protocol keep their short list of approved foods on hand. They do not eat vegetables that aren’t on the list. They do not eat fruits that aren’t on the list. They eat only the cuts of meat specifically listed as approved proteins.
And probably most importantly…they prepare the food according to HCG protocol guidelines. Cooking with oil is a big deal. You’ve just gone to a lot of trouble to stick to really low fat proteins and then soaked them in oil prior to eating them. It’s an obvious problem that many overlook or justify while on the homeopathic HCG diet. The protocol specifies exactly how to prepare meals in order to stick to the rules.
Taking the drops is a vital aspect of the homeopathic HCG diet as well. They must be taken three times per day without fail. There must be no food or drink intake for 15 minutes before or after drops are taken. Dieters who want to lose maximum weight don’t question the rules or try to make small adjustments to suit their own preferences/schedules. They just do it because it works and they’ll lose the most weight if they stick to the protocol.
Justifications and exceptions have no place on the homeopathic HCG diet. That’s how the diet works. Exact adherence to the protocol and dieters see drastic weight loss. Even though the rules are strict most dieters find they are able to find the will to stick to it due to the fact that weight loss is almost immediate.

Obesity and Eating Too Much (Overeating)
April 15, 2010 by Thomas T. Wright

The obesity epidemic has been around for 50 years. At least…the title “obesity epidemic” has been bandied about for at least that long and we’ve been studying for at least that long. Experts are still trying to identify the exact reasons behind overeating (chronic or frequent). Overeating chronically or frequently typically results in obesity eventually. Early on studies concluded that overeating was a direct result of anxiety.
Since the early years many more studies have been conducted. Anxiety is no longer pointed at as the sole reason behind overeating. When taken into consideration as a whole there are more than enough studies with more than enough findings to conclude decisively that overeating is a phenomenon that crosses all social and economic and racial boundaries.
Further studies conducted throughout the last several decades have led experts to believe that rather than anxiety…it is emotion that rules when it comes to overeating. At least this is true when the subjects being studied are obese individuals. This connection between emotion and overeating is apparent in both obese individuals seeking treatment and obese individuals not seeking treatment.
Obese overeating can be defined by secrecy. It almost always involves no real hunger. It almost always involves high calorie, fatty foods. Emotions that lead to overeating vary, but are often one of the following: anger, anxiety, frustration, loneliness, stress, depression. These emotions incorporate a large portion of the human public. The issue comes when the health issue (obesity) has affected more people than the individual. The declining general health of one adult is often felt by many (especially any children in the individual’s life).
Study findings indicate that emotional distress in obese individuals triggers overeating. The same theory did not hold true amongst control groups of normal weight.
Studies continue to be study and new studies continue to be undertaken in order to further understand the relationship between obesity and overeating. Emotional dependency on food is becoming more clearly defined with each additional study.

All Natural Weight Loss Provides Health Benefits

Homeopathic HCG is no longer hiding in the shadows. It is basking in the glory of the bright light of day. There aren’t many who haven’t heard of it. And there is a very large portion of the general public that are right now, at this very minute taking advantage of its previously exclusive and always drastic results.
Why is homeopathic HCG suddenly so popular? What makes people stick to the strict protocol? It’s the results. The drastic, instantaneous results awe dieters into sticking with the program no matter how strict. It works. And that’s all that matters to people who really need to lose weight.
Homeopathic HCG dieting offers several benefits:
1. Immediate weight loss: there is no waiting around for pounds to drop in a couple weeks. Dieters see pounds dropping off in the first week of the diet.
2. High maintenance rates: Drastic weight loss can improve the health of the individual, increase their confidence and better their self image. But programs that do not take into account the difficulty that often comes with maintaining the weight loss often leave dieters in a worse spot than when they started the diet. Homeopathic HCG leads dieters directly into a maintenance phase following the low calorie portion of the diet in order to re acclimate dieters into a higher calorie diet and increase their chances of successfully maintaining weight loss.
3. Healthy habits: Almost all dieters walk away from the diet with several new, healthy habits that they can attribute directly to their time on the very low calorie diet. Some of them include: lower portion sizes, raw vegetable and fruit snack choices, increase in at home meals, healthier cooking habits, etc.
4. Financial advantages: this one may seem strange at first. But there are two ways in which homeopathic HCG provides dieters with a financial advantage. First, it provides drastic weight loss that would often otherwise have to be obtained through expensive, invasive procedures. Second, obese individuals pay nearly twice as much as normal weight individuals for health care. With the financial state of the current health care system this drastic increase is nothing to scoff at.
Regardless of which benefit makes the difference…the all encompassing nature of the benefits of all natural weight loss using homeopathic HCG mean that everybody wins. 1 to 2 pounds of weight loss per day is phenomenal. Sustained weight loss and an improved lifestyle is fantastic. Lower costs and long term financial gain through health care savings are amazing. There’s not a lot of negative on the table.

Going Shopping For The Homeopathic HCG Diet
March 18, 2010 by Thomas T. Wright
When it comes to the homeopathic HCG diet there are several vital aspects that combine to provide the amazing average weight loss results (1 to 2 pounds per day) that continues to draw more and more dieters to the strict program.
1. 500 calorie per day diet
2. Daily use of the homeopathic HCG weight loss formula (3 times per day)
3. Only approved foods. The approved food list for the homeopathic HCG diet is very short. And sticking to it is vital.
The simplicity of the diet is a bit tricky. It is simple, but it’s still quite difficult. It’s a bit of a paradox. The problem comes when people who have never approached a diet as intense assume they’ll be able to stick to it without even trying. It definitely takes effort and reputable dealers will always offer appropriate tips and supplements to increase the chances of success. One popular “tool” is the shopping list.
This is the shopping list as recommended by HCG Diet Direct for the dieter’s local grocery store:
Lemons, oranges, strawberries, lettuce (iceberg and romaine), apples, grapefruit (red), cucumbers, celery, asparagus, sweet onions, green onions, bag of spinach, tomatoes (cherry, Roma, etc.), Melba Toast (wheat and garlic), No Sugar salsa, Real sea salt, Tony Chachere’s seasoning, fresh chicken breast or tenders, Jennie O turkey burgers, 93% lean turkey, beef and chicken, shrimp, lobster, crab, lean steak, tilapia (or other white fish), lean roast.
If dieters start off the diet by sticking to the approved shopping list provided by their HCG distributor they’ll have a much easier time sticking to the diet protocol. Having the correct foods on hand makes putting healthy, HCG approved meals together on the fly not only possible, but probable. The shopping list in combination with the recipes provided in the HCG Diet Direct cookbook are an must!
Getting everything as stated on the shopping list means that dieters will have the ingredients they need to create meals throughout the week. They’ll have ingredients needed to put together snacks as well as full meals from the cookbook. Following the recipes as outlined in the cookbook is often referred to by successful dieters as one of the most important and helpful aspects of the tools and helps section. It generates ideas that keep the dieter on track and teaches them to cook healthy foods in their own kitchen; developing long term positive eating and cooking habits.
