Chad’s a fairly typical man. And being a typical, ordinary man he saw that he had slowly put on bits of weight here and bits of weight there. Heat the oven to 350. Place your 3 lb. roast in a pan. Cut slits (about 6) in the top of the roast. One piece of cut garlic goes in each of the slits. Mix the spices in a bowl so you can easily rub them on the roast. Fill the bottom of the roasting pan about 1 and a 1/2 inches deep with water. Add garlic and onion to the water. Cook your roast for about 50 to 55 minutes. (Time may very depending upon roast size and oven). Don’t forget that one serving of protein is 3 oz.
