Presentation is key. You can serve up the simplest foods and your guests will rave about them if they look good. This is easy to do. Need a tray? Wrap up a piece of cardboard in aluminum foil, shiny side in, please. This gives your “tray” a pewter-like finish. Top it off with a pretty paper doily and you are ready to serve your appetizers. It looks lovely and professional, yet you do not need to spend all afternoon polishing the silver.
If you are a fan of sandwiches for parties, make up a simple sandwich board. Grab a piece of 1 x 4 lumber. Cut it to the length you want… three to six feet is usually adequate.
