Food product makers can say anything they want on the front of the box. Look at the nutritional information on the back and it’s easy to see that most of these so-called healthy foods are anything but.
Weekly exercise is a must for everyone, but most people actually get enough exercise… They just aren’t getting the right KIND of exercise. Doing crunches or sit-ups, or even using one of those fancy ab machines will not be effective in attaining your goal, which is to lose FAT. These types of exercises will actually make your stomach look bigger because they will develop the muscles underneath the fat, thereby making your gut look even larger.
There are exercises that are most beneficial in reducing one’s ‘girth’, but sit-ups and crunches aren’t on the list. Something called, “high intensity exercises, ” are not only proven to burn fat quickly but to keep on working even after the workout session is finished. These high-intensity exercises only last a very few minutes in duration and are geared specifically to the objective of burning FAT.
Stability balls (also known as exercise balls) are very popular currently and are a great way of working your ‘core’ muscles, thereby benefiting your entire body. These large rubber balls can be utilized for numerous exercises targeting specific areas of your physique and they are very effective. Just the act of sitting on an exercise ball forces you to work out your core muscles because you have to continually correct its tendency to roll.
