Every time we turn into a TV station or a radio station someone is trying to convince us that they have discovered the secret to weight loss and packaged it into a pill. As nice as this sounds the truth is the only secret is there is no secret to fat burning weight loss. While talking about cutting things out of our diet we need to discuss cutting out dairy. Dairy was great when we were kids but now that you are an adult and your body handles things differently milk and dairy is no longer your friend. All milk contains fat, yes even 1%. Essential fatty acids help convert calories into fuel. In fact Fatty acids keep us slim. This may not sound correct but cut back or eliminate dairy products and increase the amount of essential fatty acids you consume for two weeks and see if you don’t lose weight.
