I was really down in the dumps ; overweight, miserable and prepared to test out anything when I came on Fat Loss for Idiots reviews on the internet. Now, I’ve read everything there is to read about shedding off weight. I’ve watched all those reality tv shows where folks lose weight and get money. As an interesting point, I used to eat chips and drink beer while watching these shows, wishing I could be like them.
I have spent a lot of money on books that outline diet programs. I’ve done a lot of reading and thought I had all of the knowledge about weight loss, if not the desire. Once I started reading reviews about Fat Loss for Idiots, I was sucked in, in a good way. It was truly out there and so completely different to anything I’d heard of before.
Fat Loss for Idiots did not talk about eating less. It did not talk about watching your carbs or counting calories or points. Users who had tried it claimed the diet is based on a shifting calories concept. You eat a different number of calories each day, staying one step ahead of your body when it makes an attempt to adjust to what you’re eating. Your body gets confused. It does not know what to do with the food you’re giving it, so you begin to burn fat that you have stored.
That sounded pretty cool. Going through menopause was a bit of a shock in itself, so I presumed, let’s just shake things up a little bit more! I sat there that night, reading the reviews and wondering if I should fork out the cash on this program. There were a few pretty dramatic claims about very quick weight loss.
I ordered it, right there and then. It was easy to sign up. I was prepared to be “shocked” into weight loss. I was issued my daily menus and I got on it, straight away.
I was expecting lettuce and carrot sticks and dry tuna on melba toast. You know, standard diet fare. But instead, I got a genuine mixture of food, each day. I got up in the morning, eager to see what peculiar mixtures of food I’d get that day. It was easy to follow, especially for someone who eats on the run like I do. My children and grandchildren are a large part of my life and I am always taking them somewhere. I loved eating real food and not woofing down high-fat junk food whenever I went out.
It took just 11 days to drop 6 pounds. You may be able to lose more, if you are not over 50 like I am. But I stood on the scale on the 11th day and was just tickled. Fat Loss for Idiots should really be called Smart Fat Loss for Idiots who used to eat too much.
Truthfully, all diets can provide you with results. There’s the all apple diet, where you eat nothing except apples and sure, you’ll drop a few pounds. But you will not stick with it. Fat Loss for Idiots was so different that it kept your motivation level up high. No need for daily confirmations and psychological arguments with yourself about whether or not you should cheat. I’d endorse it in a heart beat. You have got everything to lose!
