Effectiveness and side effects of diet pills, including appetite suppressants, are very popular subjects and they probably are the ones that concern potential and current consumers. It’s understandable, good weight loss products don’t come cheap, and buyer expects to get maximum out of it for her money.
Appetite suppressant side effects are what we’ll talk about this time. There are lots of rumours, real facts and stories about side effects caused by appetite suppressants and this is the main reason why many potential consumers are scared to use these pills. I must agree that some of these facts are correct but certain appetite suppressants consisting of the right ingredients can deliver side effect free weight loss.
There are 2 types of appetite suppressants available: prescription and non-prescription (including over the counter) pills. Prescription products legally you can get only on prescription and these are designed for really obese people where obesity is dangerous and life threatening. These pills are very strong and in most cases cause side effects, that’s why they are used only when health benefits outweigh potential harm done by side effects. Side effects can include anything really from upset stomach and indigestion up to quite serious like hallucinations, increased blood pressure, fainting and others.
Second group consists of less risky non-prescription appetite suppressants which are freely available online and offline directly from manufacturer websites or over the counter in largest supermarkets and pharmacies. They are not as strong as prescription drugs but potential side effects are less risky as well. Most of them contain natural ingredients like Hoodia Gordonii for example. Anyway, occasionally these can cause mild side effects like diarrhoea or stomach pain but with a bit of searching it’s possible to find products with no side effects. Some extra research is required for products which are available online only because those sold over the counter are approved by official bodies and no large supermarket will risk their reputation with offering a risky product.
Strong and untested appetite suppressants can cause side effects that’s why research the product you’re going to buy before the purchase and evaluate all the benefits it can bring. Also, go for natural product with proven ingredients (Hoodia appetite suppressants for example) what will give additional guarantee that the product works and is safe to use.
