Low-Fat Dieting For Arm Toning

In your journey to get rid of fat arms you\’ve probably come across a couple different types of diets. Perhaps figuring out which diet to follow created a little confusion.

Unfortunately, how do you make a choice with all the different fads out there? The good news is that many other women, including myself, have already gone through this process.

And unfortunately, all the varied marketing jargon can further confuse you when it comes to settling with a diet plan. You see, it\’s the marketer\’s job to make every single diet he promotes seem like the next best thing.

Luckily for you, I am going to give you a truthful analysis of low fat dieting.

The benefits of this approach is that cutting out fat isn\’t rocket science.

The disadvantages of this approach:

1. Metabolism reduction: Certain parts of your cells require dietary fat in order to produce energy and maintain your metabolism.

2. Decreased brain power: Your brain needs fat in order to function properly. Not only does it need it for building blocks but also to coordinate communication between the different parts.

3. Less immunity: Without enough fat in your diet, your immune system will plummet. This is not good for getting rid of flabby arms because all the sickness will retard your progress.

4. Carbohydrates towards arm fat: This happens via an increase in insulin resistance. Once insulin resistant, your body will send more calories towards arm fat.

5. Roller coaster hunger: Fat is a major player when it comes to digestion rates. Without enough, digestion rates become very fast. And this translates in massive hunger spikes.

The truth is that low-fat dieting is not good for getting arm tone. Instead, make sure you get plenty of fat in your diet. It simply has too much of a beneficial effect on your body, good luck!

And remember that taking action is the most important step of this process. Without action this information is useless.

    There are a lot more benefits to cutting down fat than just “it’s not a rocket science”.
    First of all, metabolism reduction won’t happen just because you start eating less fat if you exercise and eat enough complex carbs and protein;
    Secondly, very low fat diets are extremely beneficial for the heart health; and third, there are naturally occurring fats in foods, and your diet has to become a rocket science if you want to reduce fats to less than 10% of total calories. I know, I tried. I run a website where I post results of my research and experiments, including low fat diets. Trust me, low fat diet is almost always associated with weight loss. It’s highly effective.

    Of course, the fats that stay in your diet should be healthy fats, and of course you need a small amount of saturated fat, and no trans fats and other harmful types.

    Best,
    Olga
