Jillian Michaels Diet – Is Online Program as Effective as The Biggest Loser?

If you’ve ever seen The Biggest Loser on TV, then you know Jillian Michaels. She is the tough physical trainer with the pink shirts. Her contestants have been winners last three times. Because her programs are so effective, she has decided to move her training online to be able to reach more people looking to turn their lives around. But is this online version of Jillian’s training as good as the show?
