		<description>I have to agree that leafy veggies and high fiber fruits can really curb the appetite. Another little secret is not just to drink water, but drink &quot;cold&quot; water. By drinking the cold water it takes your body time to warm it up therefore increasing your metabolism. I know it is negligible, but doing it consistantly could help you lose a pound or two over the course of three months.</description>
