    I have to agree that leafy veggies and high fiber fruits can really curb the appetite. Another little secret is not just to drink water, but drink “cold” water. By drinking the cold water it takes your body time to warm it up therefore increasing your metabolism. I know it is negligible, but doing it consistantly could help you lose a pound or two over the course of three months.
