Next, you should add more honey into your diet, especially if you need some form of sugar. Honey has been shown to decrease stomach fat. You should also add more fiber and protein to your diet. Doing so would make you feel fuller throughout the day. This will keep you from eating unnecessary amounts of food throughout the day.
The next step you should take is to add exercise. Most people don’t that by adding more muscle mass to your body you not only burn calories through the actual exercise, but you end up burning more calories throughout the day. This means that, with more muscle mass, you lose more fat from your body.
You should try exercising with dumbbells because it’s most effective at getting you more muscle. Also, remember that you should give all your muscles 24-48 hour breaks before you work them again.
