3. When thinking about what foods to stay away from think of these three categories: sweets, fatty and processed foods. Other than being high in calories, they have been shown to cause irreversible health issues related to the heart and liver.
Try to go with natural foods like fruits, vegetables and lean meat.
4. Eat 6 small meals only at specific times of the day. Should you get hungry, you can eat healthy snacks such as carrot sticks or some filling fruits like apple and banana.
