2-Don\’t skip the most important meal of the day
Obviously, you have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you skip breakfast or just have a really small breakfast you will slow down your metabolism for the rest of the day. When you eat breakfast, you want to make sure it consist mostly of protein and carbs, try to keep the fat under ten grams. Oatmeal with a protein drink is perfect.
3-Avoid cakes and candy
Some of the most dangerous words in the English dictionary when it comes to losing weight are cake and candy. The only time it is ok to consume a lot of sugar is before and after a workout, because most of the sugar will be delivered to your muscles rather than fat storage. It is always a good idea have fruits right after a workout because they are loaded with the good kind of carbs.
