2.Swimming – I highly endorse swimming, as well as working your body and burning masses of calories this exercise has little impact on your joints.
3.Aerobic Videos – Get a good aerobic video, this is done in your own home if your a bit shy and do not like exercising in public. It may also be plenty of fun.
It also vital to note that exercises to lose belly fat aren’t the sole answer but instead a really useful string in your bow. You also should be concentrating on eating a healthy nutritious diet.
