The warm water relaxes your feet and they feel much better. By adding other things to the water for your homemade foot soak you can get increased benefits.

Add half a cup to the warm water, don’t worry the honey will disperse easily. A cup of oats can be added to the water for dry skin conditions. There are a few different oils that are beneficial including lavender and chamomile, these both have relaxing benefits as well as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Toxin removal is used in crystal healing and commercial foot patches. These are available in the form of the healing crystals being embedded within them that will draw toxins from the body. These patches are left on overnight and people have reported dramatic results shown by the change in colour of the patches. Herbal patches are also available that give similar results.
