As our society eats more and more \”healthy\” low fat food, we are becoming the fattest world in history. Some statistics describe us as the most obese population ever. The ironic part of this is the fact that we know more about how the human body works than we have at any other time in history.

Much of our obesity issue can probably be traced back to our very sedentary style of living today. Manual labor is not seen or required in nearly as many jobs as it used to be. The number of people spending the work day seated is growing at an alarming rate as the amount of time spent exercising decreases.

In order to bring about a permanent change in your weight, you will have to come to terms with changing not only what you eat, but also your lifestyle. This is certainly not a new concept to anyone who has been on a weight loss program before.
