Just A Few Fast Weight Loss Tips

We are a society obsessed with weight; how we look, how we think others think we look; I’m too thin; I’m too fat; I hate my thighs; on and on ad nauseam. If you really want to make some changes in the way you look and how much you weigh, then here are a few fast weight loss tips that may help you accomplish your goal.
Water is the first thing you should think about when you are altering your diet in order to lose weight. Our bodies are made up of primarily water, and it is a necessary component for the maintenance of life itself and the functions that go on in the body every day. It keeps your kidneys working by flushing them of impurities and allows the liver to do its job effectively without having to take over the work of the kidneys because you are not hydrated enough. The higher your water intake (to a degree), the more effectively everything works and that includes more rapid weight loss; plus, it can be used as an appetite suppressant in the fact that when you take in water before a meal, you feel fuller faster, and as a consequence, eat less.
Exercising is another factor that is very important to rapid weight loss and should be included in your list of fast weight loss tips. But that exercising should be done smartly; do it in short regimens more often, rather than one big long session for the whole day. Studies have been done and have shown that workouts, maybe 3-4 per day of 10 minutes each; are far more effective in weight loss, than a single session of 30-40 minutes once a day. Your fat burners are on all the time this way, and more calories are burned—resulting in weight loss.
Now, let’s talk about carbohydrates; I mean the good ones, not the ones that are calling your name as you stroll down the grocery store aisles. Good carbs are essential for rapid weight loss, and as one of the primary fast weight loss tips, they are key to continuous, steady weight loss over a period of time. Raw is the word. The more unprocessed the foodstuff is, the better for your system and the harder your system has to work to break it down to be able to assimilate it—therefore, the more calories burned in the breakdown, and voila—-weight loss. We’re talking here about raw fruits and veggies-whole grains and beans—the unadulterated stuff, straight from the fields.
And what is the magic formula for moving all this stuff through your system efficiently and effectively, what is the panacea for good bowel action? Yep—fiber. That terrific F word that keeps the machine running at top notch speed and provides bulk for water absorption and prevention of obstruction and constipation. Whenever you read about fast weight loss tips, one of the things always mentioned is that you need to increase your intake of fiber and bulk; so as to keep everything moving along as designed, and keeps your metabolism running at a good pace—-no bogging down, that in the long run, hinders or completely stops weight loss of any pace.
Your collection of fast weight loss tips would be remiss if you did not include increasing your intake of essential fatty acids, or in layman’s parlance—the good fats. Every part of the functioning of your system relies in some way on the use of fats and oils to keep it running, and the best way to do that for promoting a more rapid weight loss is to eat more foods containing the essential fatty acids—foods like the more oily fish—mackerel, salmon or sardines; and nuts containing oils, like pistachios and almonds. Prostaglandin is an important part of this this picture, because being a hormone like compound, it regulates your blood pressure, lowers the risk of heart disease, and prevents blood clotting—all major functioning factors for good bodily health.
Putting together a weight loss plan on an accelerated basis is not an easy task, but some of these fast weight loss tips can certainly help, because they all add important factors to the whole picture. With many positive factors coming together and a workable plan in place with a good exercise program, you will find that rapid weight loss is not out of the question, and certainly a reachable goal.

My Thoughts On A Fast Weight Loss Diet And Such

I’m probably very much like you in a lot of ways because of the fact that you are reading this, and are thinking about starting a fast weight loss diet to lose those disgusting extra pounds that you have been carrying around for years. I have dieted my rear end off (literally and figuratively) for many many years now, and I am sick of always being overweight. I started searching for something else.
The fast weight loss diet works while you are on it, but most of them are not designed for long term use; they are what they say they are—-for fast weight loss, then you move on to something else to maintain your lost poundage. But—–and this is a big but——a lot of the weight lost on these diets is water weight and then you are in starvation conditions, so your body pulls its caloric needs from your stored fat, but also attacks the muscles for energy stores; and you are defeating the purpose of the diet in the first place.
When you cut back your intake of food drastically, your body sends out an APB to all its parts telling them to stop running at the speed they are now at, and slow down, conserve, don’t overdo it, we “ain’t gittin” enough food to stay at this speed. So, your metabolism slows down, your poor body has to shut down its natural design for operation, and conform to a starvation mode of operation. Sure, you’ll lose weight, but you can’t stay on a starvation diet forever, so once you abandon the fast weight loss diet, you are now ready to put those pounds back on big time—–and put them on you will, every time.
Some of the fast weight loss diet plans that are out there, either free on the Internet, or for sale; are potentially harmful to your overall health. Do you think all these do-gooders who represent the weight loss company have your best health interests at heart? The answer is a resounding NO. They are in the game to make as much money as they can off your woe, and then disappear into the fog as quickly as they came once their ineffectiveness or danger has been found out. And a lot of these products are really dangerous: if you have an underlying medical condition, such as heart disease, or liver problems; these diets can wreak havoc with your system and make you really sick, or in extreme cases, kill you.
So what are we going to do about this dilemma of how fast to take this weight off, and the potential side effects of using a fast weight loss diet. For one thing, most nutritionists do not recommend these quickie fix types of diets because they put a strain on your being, both physical and mental, and they usually do not work very well. Oh sure, you will lose weight if you starve yourself; but that’s not a smart way to approach this. Your body is a marvelous machine, designed by Nature to run a certain way, and if it took you years to pile all this unwanted weight on, then you should take it off the same way—-you chowed down one burger and fries at a time and had a wonderful time—-and now it’s time to get out the lettuce leaves and have at it.
If you are wondering what I am referring to when I talk about a fast weight loss diet, let me give you an example. The diet plans that are monitored by a doctor where you go in and get shots of vitamins and all kinds of other stuff to replace the food you are not eating, are all the rage now. Essentially, they are nothing more than planned starvation. The amount of food you get to eat on a daily basis is just about enough for one meal for a parakeet, and you find yourself chewing on your sleeves the first week. But, you do lose weight, you feel good, you look good, and your vitals have never been better. So what’s wrong with that? Nothing, except almost everyone I know, including my adult son who has gone through the program, lost weight, then went onto a maintenance eating plan and gained almost all the weight back.
When someone tells you they lost tons of weight on a fast weight loss diet where they ate nothing but cabbage soup 24/7; or ate almost nothing but grapefruit and black coffee—don’t listen to them. These diets are dangerous and loopy—they ruin the wonderful way the body works when left to its own devices, you just need to stop putting so much food in your mouth and exercise a little more—-and be patient—-the weight will come off in its own good time.
