The importance of health and fitness is sometimes underestimated by people. Folk just do not get why it is vital to exercise everyday! It’s quite exasperating trying to get my ma to understand that she shouldn’t be eating that chocolate mousse whenever she passes by the confectioners’ but will she listen? Na uh! But , there is still hope for a large amount of people out there, who are open to recommendation. Bear in mind that it’s never too late to increase muscle.
How are fitness and health Related?
Health and fitness go together. This is simply because, the fitter you are the healthier and better you feel. Keeping fit not only helps you feel better about yourself, but keeps the chance of many potentially fatal illnesses at bay!
moreover, fit folk have so much energy! Whether it is at home, or at work, fit folk are always happy. After a hectic day at work, many of us don’t have the patience or the energy to play with our youngsters. But if you are healthy and fit, then you’ll be able to do it!

This is because your basal rate of metabolism increases and you do not have to think carefully about getting that ice cream for yourself ( not everyday though ).
