3 Reasons Why Some People Don’t Lose Weight When Taking Hoodia

Not only are you lowering your metabolism by doing this, but you run the risk of extreme hunger that hoodia cannot overcome. Lowering your metabolism also contributes to weight gain. It ends up being a “wash” where yes, you lowered your caloric intake, but you did not burn the fuel efficiently, so you either remained at the same weight or possibly gained weight.

The final reason why hoodia sometimes fails to help people lose weight has to do with exercise. The bottom line is, there is no magic bullet and hoodia cannot replace good old-fashioned exercise to burn fat. If you live a sedentary life and rely on weight loss supplements to lose weight, you simply will not have healthy, lasting weight loss.

All of the above can be overcome and then hoodia can do its job and help you lose weight. If you feel sad, call a real friend and get away from the food. Eat small portions of healthy food throughout the day to avoid overeating. Go for a brisk walk every day.
